With Jesus in our Hearts and a Gift in our Hands

Marian came forward and said, “I want to give my life to the Lord.” I asked him if he knew what that meant. He said, “Yes, it means that I want to be forgiven of my sins and be with God.”...

I prayed for him and for Emilia, the other person who gave their life to God last Sunday evening after I preached at a church in Craiova. Marian is one of the many people that I’ve seen open their hearts to Christ in the last period of time. 
Andrei, a young student in med school asked me, “Can I not feel guilty anymore?” For about 2 hours, I showed him the road to Christ from the book of Romans. At the end, he made the affirmation, “I feel lighter and not guilty anymore.”  This is my joy; to see people affirm that they don’t feel guilty anymore because they found Jesus. 
Even though we were able to bless over 500 kids and families with Christmas shoeboxes and gifts, the biggest gift was the fact that people received Christ into their lives and dedicated their lives to the Lord. ​

The city of Craiova is known for their soccer team and has the second largest soccer stadium in Romania. Men and women in Craiova love soccer. Adrian, the coach for 2 junior soccer teams, was open to God and invited us to collaborate with them. I understood that God was leading me to bless these kids and to start moving into some kind of sports ministry. We had the opportunity to give sports themed New Testaments to these soccer players and presents to the kids.
