​SPREADING THE HOPE OF CHRIST IN CRAIOVA

Craiova, a city located in southern Romania, is not only home to over 300,000 residents but also serves as a fertile ground for the mission of spreading the hope of Christ. With its two universities (more than 30,000 students, some of them are foreigners from different Middle East countries) and diverse population, Craiova presents a remarkable opportunity for Christian missions and church planting endeavors. This is the new frontier for Hope Church Ministry.
Led by Raul Costea, a dedicated missionary team has come together to embark on the exciting journey of planting a church in this dynamic city. This team embodies the spirit of teamwork, working to fulfill their mission and bring the light of the Gospel to the people of Craiova.

We pray that through our collective efforts and the empowering presence of God, lives will be transformed, hope will be ignited, and a lasting impact will be made for the glory of God.

Our vision is to bring the hope of Christ to Craiova through a church plant and mission base in the city.

Our mission field lies in the heart of southern Romania, a region where the majority of people follow longstanding traditions and external forms. While many engage in rituals and customs, there is a prevalent lack of understanding about who God is and His desires for their lives.
​Our intent is to bring the transformative hope of Christ to this community, encouraging a deeper connection with God and His salvation. ​
