Stoenesti
My name is George Serban and I am one of the pastors of the Church in Stoenesti. I am married to Daniela Serban and together we have two daughters, Sarah and Lydia. 

Shortly after conversion I was attracted to Christian ministry. I studied at Bible College Hope for the future, and in 2005 I joined EHIP missionary River, helping to plant churches in villages Olt county, especially in Stoienesti, a village with a population of about 2,500.

It is our desire to plant a church to impact the community in which we live but also to fulfill spiritual and physical needs of people through preaching the gospel and disciplining new converts as well as hosting events and social projects.

The activities that we develop:
-Currently coordinating the mission team at the regional level, they are involved in discipleship and ministry 
-In Stoienesti we are responsible for groups of children who meet weekly 
-Every Sunday we have public meetings with local people 
- In two villages nearby we hold study groups 
-We are involved in social and human life, we offer a package of food every month some poor families 
-We are involved in street evangelism
