E2E (Equipped to Equip)
Is a 6-month program designed to help young European men and women grow in Biblical knowledge and find out whether God is calling them into the mission field full-time or not.
One aspect of the program is training in Biblical knowledge as it relates to missions. This training covers 10 different modules:

- Providing encouragement regularly
- Giving input into the student’s life and character and into their ministry project
- Help them in building relationships with potential partners for their ministry
- Help them with the transition, if they student decides to go full-time into the mission field
