Serban Emanuel & Eli

Emanuel and Eli, were recently married and became the Serban family. Eli has had a heart for students, but her call to the mission grew in her life when she met Emanuel, her future husband, and saw his dedication to the mission.

Both of them have been serving God in Craiova since March 2018. They are a part of the church planting team in Craiova as well as being a part of the community that God has placed them in. Emanuel's role in the team is to help intergrate long term missionaries to the team and the community.

He also works with the short term teams that come to Craiova. Eli uses her skills to teach English to the people of Craiova. In this way she is offering the people their a way to learn English for free and gives the good news of God to the people in her class.

Eli is one of the translators of the team and she also coordinates the social projects in the community. Eli also serves God by using her gifiting to do secretarial work for the fellowship department in the local church that is being planted in Craiova.
